Yoga should be prescribed to IVF patients to help them conceive

A study revealed doing 45 minutes of yoga a week for six weeks cut anxiety levels by 20%

Yoga should be prescribed to women having fertility treatment to help boost their chance of conception, according to experts.

Being relaxed has previously been found to improve the likelihood of conceiving – and more than 50,000 women have stressful IVF every year in the UK.
